MOTIVATION
It is rightly said if you judge a fish on its flying capability, the
judgement surely turns in disappointment. Here is a little peep in the
glorious story of CA Rishab Kapasi ,who despite of his disability proved
the proverb by making wonders just right away.
Its a short sneak peak in a fair, well built personality, plum-aged but visually impaired.
In the choas of young minds with potential ideas in gmcs training session, I encountered his energetic presence in the classroom. His celebrity-walk from door to desk made us pretty bestowed upon in his respect.
The topic agended was "MOTIVATION"
This man standing over on the deck was itself enough to get all of us motivated!
Since the day was divided in two sessions; first session was filled with some activities.
Then came the time for second session, something each one of us had awaited with curiosity.
His vibrance surrounded the room with his achievemental enchants.
A 29 day old baby, after being closely observed by his parents came to know of a defect in his left eye. Havoc came crashing down over entire family when it got detected. This 29 days little one was driven to Hyderabad to get operated. After the critical operation, doctor realized of operating his right eye due to which there was loss of the slight visual that he had in his right eye! :-/
He was put into anaesthesia every week after the operations. We cannot even imagine the plight that his family had to go through.
(Shivers ran down our spine as we heard him with due attention.)
Then came his schooling years! Being a visually impaired child, again there arose his admission issues in normal school. Nobody wanted to take the responsibility. After several trials, Bhagvati Vidyalaya, Thane; admitted him and took his responsibility! Over the years, this child excelled in many of the extra-curriculum activities (elocution, debates, poems, recitation ) and that too only on the basis of his listening ability.
Wrote his exams papers on his own without a writer till 7th grade.( scored a fabulous 95% in 4th grade)
Then came one of those crucial standard in a student's school life,
"SSC BOARDS".
Having diagnosed with typhoid during the exact exam period, this person scored a remarkable 85.66% in his boards! (He proudly and gratuitously asks us to clap for his parents and friends who had always been there and helped him in his journey ).
Again came obstacles for further studies. He was rejected for science stream; Choose commerce and got admission at one of the best commerce college, Mulund college of commerce!

Ceasing to stop over here, he opted for the profession dats
considered one of the most prestigious, elite and the toughest to be
into! With all his honest and persistent efforts, finally came the day
19th January,2015 when he became CA RISHABH KAPASI !
(Entire class showered him with claps and salute as he ended this sentence. People left with tears in their eyes. And definitely with tons of MOTIVATION into themselves.)
